Dual Slalom

Yesterday my good buddy Steve (see; other staff member) and I went to the mizzou cycling dual slalom course and did the first few hot laps of the year to get the legs streched out for the upcoming mountain bike season. Dual Slalom is a type of gated bmx style that has yet to really hit Missouri and most of the midwest, but I am going to try and hcange that by getting a few non-sanctioned races done through early spring and summer so be on the lookout for those. all in all it was a pretty nice day out to ride so get out and do it!
